When I first visited Fuel House (@FuelHouseTO) last summer, their menu was largely made up of sandwiches including a delicious pork belly banh mi and calamari po boy. However, they’ve recently changed the direction of their menu, turning to smaller sharing plates. A few weeks ago, I dropped by Fuel House to sample their new menu items and I couldn’t be happier with their new fare.
After having an amazing meal at Enoteca Sociale over a year ago, I felt I was due for another visit. This time around, there were six of us… and let me tell you, it ain’t easy getting a weekend reservation at this small restaurant for six people!
