Whenever you open a menu, do you ever wonder “what’s the best thing on this menu?” I wonder that all the time… Now what if the restaurant flat-out told you which dish they thought was their best?

Dish Duel asks restaurants to present their best dish for an online winner-take-all tournament, where you, me and three other bloggers – Jacob (Restos in TO), Stella (Food Junkie Chronicles) and Amy (Amy’s Food Adventures) decide the champ.

The dishes at Dish Duel’s 16 participating restaurants were revealed over the weekend and they’re now available at the restaurants for you to try. They look good, don’t they? Check out the descriptions of these mouth-watering dishes at dishduelto.com

Now, what’s your job? Vote! The voting begins February 18th, with the winner being announced March 17th so make sure you vote for your favourite dish!

Even though the dishes were recently revealed, I’ve already had my share of these dishes and I have been nothing less than impressed. I really encourage you to give these dishes a try as these chefs are putting their best dishes forward.
